Venue access, wheelchair spaces & the disabled
All venues are accessible by wheelchair. Patrons with a disability are eligible to a free companion ticket if they require a carer to accompany them. Please note that spaces for wheelchairs can be limited and are not available in all price bands. Please advise the box office if you have any special requirements so that suitable provision can be made.
Unless otherwise stated tickets can only be refunded if CMF is able to resell them on the day of the concert once all other seats are sold.
Reserved & unreserved seating
Tickets for seats at Corn Exchange, Ely Cathedral, West Road Concert Hall and King’s College Chapel are numbered and reserved (with the exception of King’s unsighted and standby seats). All other venues have unreserved seating.
